Bespoke Service

Our clients are involved at every stage of our design and making process. This begins with an initial client meeting, where we listen to our clients’ requirements and desires, visiting their home and discovering more about the project and their expectations. The initial inspiration for our designs develop from speaking to the clients, viewing their property and understanding their preferences, desires, wishes and practical needs.

Our initial design ideas are developed through hand sketches, mood boards, 3D renderings, colour sketches and watercolours. Materials, fabrics, finishes, budgets and technology will all be discussed at this stage. Our designers and craftsmen are continuously researching new design ideas such as materials, technology and finishes.

This will be followed by a presentation of full colour drawings or 3D renderings along with wood, fabric, leathers or finishes samples.

Once commissioned we then provide our clients with full, detailed technical CAD drawings for them to sign off and confirm, we can also produce full size templates where required.

Once our clients are completely happy with the final design, the piece will be put into production with one of our finest craftsmen. Our clients are invited to experience a workshop visit to view their furniture during manufacture.

We will closely work with any third parties involved with the project, such as architects, builders or specialist consultants to ensure a smooth transition from the initial design through to delivery and installation.

Once completed each piece will be dated with the year of manufacture and labeled with our Neal Jones Furniture logo.
