Neal founded Neal Jones Furniture in 2009, having trained and worked with a number of fine furniture makers, including Viscount Linley, Stewart Linford, Silver Lining (Chester) and R & D Davidson (London Mayfair).

Since inception, Neal Jones Furniture has worked with some of the best interior designers in the country and designed bespoke furniture and suites for numerous private clients including royalty and British nobility.
