Over a four-year tenure, Melissa has built a solid relationship with our clients in both a sales, account management and project delivery capacity. As a senior member of our leadership team, the creation of Melissa’s new role reflects the strategic focus on our dedicated aftercare service; this will span across our humidor, marine and residential furniture ranges, focusing on the use of automated technologies. We are excited to further develop a service for our customers that ensures the longevity of their pieces and preserves the quality for them to continue to enjoy.
